University Learning Centers is organized as two separate organizations working together.
Our benefit corporation, University Learning Centers Corporation, provides our core services to customers and partners. Our foundation, University Learning Centers Foundation, promotes our philanthropic goal of increasing the number of students we serve.
Our leaders pursue the organizational goals and objectives governed by their role and the organization they serve. Collectively, we seek involvement from all of our stakeholders serving as advisors, board members, and owners.
