Partner Portal Guide

This is a guide to help you access and use our partner portal. Our partner portal is provided to all of our partner organization, to provide real time, and secure access to all partnership resources, and tools. We use Sharepoint online, as many of our partners use office and can authenicate with work email, and office 365 applications. Our partners can download invoices, budgets, reports any time of day. Please use this guide to help you discover the tools we have to manage your project with us.


Access the Partner Portal

Finding the partner portal is easy, just navigate to our website, and in the main navigation links, you will find the partner portal, also at the bottom right corner of our website.

Access 

As a partner with University Learning Centers you can access our partners portal. This secure web portal part of the Microsoft Sharepoint Content mangement system, and provides us a with a secure way to collaborate on this project. To access the site you will need to have the right account, settings, organizations setup on the Office 365 should be able to access the site, once permission is provided, however if you don't have office or a microsoft account, you can create one using your existing email.

Login

Open a web browser and type in: https://www.universitylc.org/Partner-Portal
Click on "View the Portal" (You will need the username and password for your Office 365 account, or one can be created.)

 

 

 

 

 

Click on YOUR USERNAME, or Use another account if it is not an option. Enter your username and password and click, Sign in.

There are two main roles in our Sharepoint environment. Each role has a different level of access to documents and abilities within the site. If you have any questions about what you can and cannot access, please contact your account representative.

  • ULC Staff – Any ULC employee who directly interacts with our partners will have different permissions to view content. 
  • ULC Partners – Partners represent and make decisions on behalf of the clients we serve. Partners may be a principal, teacher, PTA president, or non-profit members. Schools can request access for as many partners as they would like.
